SF Muni Schedule?
Why does SF Muni even bother to publish a schedule?
SF Muni busses and trams never run on their published schedule... it seems it's just a vague guideline. I waited for a #10 bus -- which was 10 minutes late -- two mile ride to the SF Caltrain station -- should have had 15 minutes spare time to catch the train... instead, the bus got to 4th & Townsend 30 minutes late -- for a two mile trip !!! Missed my train by 15 minutes. That was a normal day in the city, no serious traffic, no rain -- why was that bus 30 minutes late?
Now, I usually ride my bike 10 minutes, or walk the 30 minutes -- rather than take the unpredictable SF Muni bus -- saving the hassle, time and money of riding the useless MUNI.
